Band of the Week: Forever Came Calling
This week’s band of the week is California’s Forever Came Calling. We actually used a track of their most recent release, a split EP with Handguns, as our Song of the Day the other day. Check out “Front Porch Sunrise” here. Forever Came Calling are some of the most down-to-earth and passionate people I’ve ever met. Their music is like a cross of old Brand New meets New Found Glory meets Taking Back Sunday, so if you like anything that’s good in the world, you’ll like FCC. They’re always on tour, so if you find out that Forever Came Calling are coming to a town near you, please go support them and buy many things from them.

Band of the Week: Save Your Breath
Hailing from Newport, South Wales, Save Your Breath are one of the UK’s fastest up and coming bands. I’ve loved this band for a little over two years, and although they have a new vocalist, he meshes perfectly with the band. Save Your Breath’s latest release, Vices, can be purchased on their official website.

Band of the Week: This Time Next Year
This week’s band of the week is Walnut Creek, CA’s This Time Next Year. TTNY have been one of my favourite bands for a couple of years now, and watching them go from where they were, to where they are now has been awesome. If you don’t already know, TTNY are currently opening for New Found Glory on the Pop Punk’s Not Dead Tour, in support of their brand new album, Drop Out Of Life. One of the greatest things about This Time Next Year, is that they’re the most grateful bands out there right now. They take nothing for granted. So, if you’re heading out to one of the shows on Pop Punk’s Not Dead, make sure to show up early and show your support for This Time Next Year.

Band of the Week!

Hey guys, so today we’ve decided to update our blog a little bit and start doing “band of the week”. Every Friday, for a week, we will have a band on the homepage of the blog and a link to Facebook/a post we made about you that includes said links to all of your respected websites. If you want to be featured on “band of the week”, or know someone who does, please e-mail us at fyppblog@gmail.com. We will continue to post “FYPP Suggests” posts as well as the band of the week, but only one band per week will be featured 24/7 on the homepage of the blog.
